If your Blackburn product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Blackburn warranties most of our products for the lifetime of the product, and we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace it free of charge. Blackburn reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration. Canadian customers should contact our Canadian distributor, Outdoor Gear Canada at 800-363-0693. International customers should contact a local dealer or regional distributor for warranty service.

To make a claim, call our Customer Service at 1-800-456-2355 for a Return Authorization(RA) number. Some issues may be resolved upon the initial call.
