Covered for Life.
If your Blackburn product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Blackburn warranties most of our products for the lifetime of the product, and we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace it free of charge. Blackburn reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration.
Canadian customers should contact our Canadian distributor, Outdoor Gear Canada at 800-363-0693.
International customers should contact a local dealer or regional distributor for warranty service.
To make a claim, first call our Customer Service at 1-800-456-2355 for a Return Authorization(RA) number. Some issues may be resolved upon the initial call. If return of the product is necessary, please refer to the following instructions:
- We recommend that items be sent by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS). Blackburn is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
- Please include your full contact information(name, address, phone number, and email[if applicable]), and a description of the issue.
- We will return your product or replacement using FedEx Ground shipping. Expedited shipping is not possible.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Substitution / Discontinued Models: If your product is not currently available (i.e. discontinued), Blackburn will replace it with a comparable product from the current product line.
Scope and Duration of the Warranty: For pumps, racks, bottle cages, cyclometers, multi-tools, mirrors, lights and trainers, this warranty program lasts for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty program covers all parts of the above products and applies to all types of defects or failure, except for loss.
What is not Covered: Blackburn System X Lights are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. This covers the lamp heads and cables only. It does not cover the System X dimmer, charger, battery or battery internals.
Batteries are covered by a 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
Details: Blackburn warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship foe the lifetime of the product, expect to the extent prohibited by applicable law. This warranty does not apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, alterations, or use unintended by the manufacturer. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Blackburn in connection with the sale of use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Q: Why does my Flea light automatically shut
off after a few seconds?
A: 2010 Flea lights ship in a DEMO mode so nobody
leaves them on when they're hanging on the wall at the bike shop.
To disable the DEMO mode, press and hold the power button for
approximately 20 seconds. The light will turn off at this point
and from then on, it should turn on and stay on, until you turn
it off.
If this does not work, your light may just be low on power. Plug
your light into the USB charger and give it a full charge.
