Note: Blackburn does not currently accept product orders via phone. If you are having difficulties ordering, one of our representatives can assist you with placing an order through our web site.


Exchange Policy


Only orders placed through, within 30 days of submission are eligible for exchange through Blackburn. If you purchased a Blackburn product through one of our retail partners, please return that item directly through that retailer. Return and exchange policies may differ from store to store. If an item returned to Blackburn does not meet requirements as outlined in our policies, we will return the item to you along with an explanation as to why your claim was denied.x

Completing an Exchange Form:
Go to our Return/Exchange Menu and fill out an online Exchange Form in its entirety to begin the return process. Be sure to have a copy of your web order # in order to complete this form. Once entered, you will be able to review all eligible orders and select the items you wish to exchange.

On this form you will be able to select an alternate size and/or color of the original product that you purchased. Remember to review your changes before submitting.

Upon successful completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email with your RA# and instructions as to how to access and print a return label and ship your product back to Blackburn.

All products must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number, with your RA#, new, unused and in original unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product that you received it in.

Receiving your exchanged product:
Once we receive the product at our Warehouse with an RA#, and confirm it meets the criteria for an exchange, we will ship a replacement product to you within 5-7 business days from the time it is received. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.

If the item requested for exchange is of lesser or greater value than the original product purchased, we will refund you or charge you for the difference of the new product youd like to receive.

Using our Return/Exchange Mailing Labels:
Blackburn return mailing labels are obtained from our online Return/Exchange Menu and are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund or exchange. Each shipment must be returned using a separate Blackburn mailing label.
