Note: Blackburn does not currently accept product orders via phone. If you are having difficulties ordering, one of our representatives can assist you with placing an order through our web site.

Policy Overview

Blackburn is committed to providing our customers with elite products and elite customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Only products ordered through Blackburndesign.com are eligible for exchange or return. Blackburn will only exchange or return products purchased within 30 days of original receipt. The original product may only be exchanged for the same product in a different color or size. Please do not submit an exchange request if youd like to receive an alternate product.

If you purchased a Blackburn product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store. Items purchased through our website may not be returned through a Blackburn retail partner.

If an item returned to Blackburn does not meet requirements as outlined in our policies, we will return the item to you along with an explanation as to why your claim was denied.

Please review our policies and procedures before submitting a return or exchange. If you feel you meet the criteria, click on the Return-Exchange Form link at left to complete a submission.

Items not eligible for return/exchange by Blackburn:
1. Any items purchased from the Blackburn Clearance Outlet store
2. Items not in new condition, or without original packaging
3. Items without a Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Items without a Blackburn Web Order Number
